Information we collect

We process information you provide when creating an account, building a page, importing professional sources, contacting support, or purchasing a plan. This can include identity and contact details, profile content, work history, project material, page settings, and billing status.

We also receive limited technical and usage information such as device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP, feature interactions, page visits, and referral source.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, create and host pages, provide AI-assisted drafting, process inquiries, understand product performance, prevent abuse, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

Private drafts and connected sources are used to provide the features requested by the account holder. featurd does not publish a draft merely because it was generated.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by vendors that support hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, communications, and AI functionality. They are permitted to use it only for contracted services and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate notice and protections.

Your controls

Account holders can edit or unpublish page content through the workspace. You may request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@featurd.me.

• Public-page visibility is controlled by publication status.
• Source access can be disconnected from the workspace.
• Marketing communications include an unsubscribe option.
• Sensitive requests may require identity verification.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably required for the service, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
