A personal page for photographers
A photographer's link has to do two things at once: show the work at its best and turn a dreamy scroll into a booked date. Most link pages do the first badly and the second not at all.
What your page should include
- Six to twelve of your strongest images, edited hard
- What you shoot and where, in one line
- Packages or a starting price
- Reviews from real clients with the shoot type
- A booking or enquiry button with your availability
Sections that work
Portfolio → Packages → Kind words → Prints & presets → Book a date
Looks to start from
Gallery White or Noir: let the images carry it. Ivo can restyle any of them to your colours.
Lead with the work, edited hard
The first screen of your link should be your best images, not a list of buttons. Pick six to twelve that represent the work you want more of, not everything you've shot. A wedding photographer who also shows product shoots and street photography looks like they're still deciding what they do.
Load speed matters more for photographers than anyone. A visitor on a phone with weak signal will leave before a 12 MB hero image finishes. featurd stores and serves images in compressed web formats, and the looks built for photography (Gallery White, Noir, Folio) give each image room without making it huge.
Turn a scroll into an enquiry
Below the images, answer what a client wants to know before writing to you:
- What you shoot and where: "Weddings and elopements, Goa and destination".
- Packages or a starting price. "Full-day coverage from ₹1.2L" filters better than "Contact for pricing".
- Two or three reviews with the shoot type and month.
- Availability: dates left this season, or how far ahead you book.
- One clear action: check a date, book a call, or send an enquiry form with the questions you always ask.
Galleries, prints and presets
Client gallery logins (Pixieset, Pic-Time and the like) are for people who already hired you. Keep that link on the page but lower down, so it doesn't distract new visitors.
If you sell presets, guides or prints, give them their own section. On featurd these are products: free ones work on every plan, and on Pro paid ones are sold through your own Stripe or Razorpay with 0% to featurd. Indian buyers can pay by UPI through Razorpay.
Bookings without the back-and-forth
For portrait sessions, mini-sessions and consultation calls, a booking section synced with Google Calendar lets clients pick a slot themselves. For weddings and commercial shoots, an enquiry form with the date, location and type of shoot gets you what you need in one message. Leads land in a simple pipeline so nothing gets lost between Instagram DMs and email.
On Pro, visitors can also message you through a chat on your page, and Ivo can draft replies to the common questions (travel fees, delivery time, raw files) while you're on a shoot.
Know which enquiries are warm
When you send your page to a couple or a brand, use a tracked link for them. featurd shows when they opened it, the device and the country. A couple who opens your packages page three times in a weekend is ready for a follow-up.
To start, give Ivo your current site, Instagram-linked page or resume and pick a look in Explore. Gallery White hangs your work like a museum wall; Noir is cinematic for dark, moody portfolios.
Mistakes that lose bookings
- Thirty images where ten would do. Visitors remember your weakest frame as much as your best.
- A link out to Instagram as the main portfolio. It mixes your work with stories, reels and memes, and every tap risks losing the visitor to their feed.
- No prices anywhere. Couples and brands budget before they enquire; a starting price makes the enquiry happen.
- An email address instead of a form. A form with the right questions (date, place, type of shoot) saves a round of messages.
- Client gallery links at the top. They're for existing clients; new visitors need your work and your packages first.

Questions
What should a photographer put in their link in bio?
Your best work first, then packages or a starting price, client reviews, and a booking or enquiry button. Client gallery logins and print shops go lower down.
Should photographers show prices?
A starting price or package range filters out enquiries you'd turn down anyway and makes good-fit clients more confident to ask.
Can I sell presets or prints from my link?
Yes. List presets, guides or digital downloads as products. Free ones work on every plan; paid products are on Pro through your own Stripe or Razorpay with 0% featurd fee.
