For real estate agents

A personal page for real estate agents

Buyers and sellers rarely find an agent through a link in bio. They check you after a referral, a listing portal or a signboard. Your page is where they decide you know the area and you'll answer the phone.

Looks to start from

Venture or Bento Mono: crisp and businesslike. Ivo can restyle any of them to your colours.

Where an agent's page earns its keep

Property clients come through referrals, listing portals, signboards and WhatsApp groups. By the time they look you up, they've usually seen your name somewhere already. The page's job is to confirm three things quickly: you know this area, you've closed deals like theirs, and you'll pick up the phone.

Brokerage profile pages do the minimum, and they disappear when you change firms. A page you own travels with you, collects reviews over years, and is the link you print on every board and visiting card.

Local knowledge is your proof

Generic agents compete on fees. Local experts compete on knowledge. Name the neighbourhoods, buildings or school districts you know best, and say something specific about each: typical prices, which streets flood, which societies have strict pet rules. One honest paragraph per area does more than a stock photo of a skyline.

Recently sold listings, with the seller's permission, are the strongest proof you have. Show the property type, area and how long it took, rather than the exact price if your client prefers privacy.

Compliance before you publish

Property advertising is regulated almost everywhere. In India, agents dealing in projects registered under RERA must register with the state authority, and state rules commonly require the registration number on advertisements. In the US, state license law usually requires your brokerage's name on advertising, and fair housing rules forbid language that signals a preference for or against protected groups. In the UK, the property portals and Trading Standards expect material information about a property to be accurate.

None of this is legal advice and the rules vary by state and country. The practical step is simple: check what your regulator requires, then put your registration number, brokerage name and any required disclosures in a text section at the bottom of your page.

Your featurd setup

An example page

Priya Sharma sells apartments in Gurugram's Golf Course Road corridor. Her page uses Venture: a sharp header with "Golf Course Road and Sector 54 to 65, resale and new launches", a map pinned to her office, then six listings as cards. A "Recently sold" row shows four flats with days on market. Below are three Trust-verified reviews from sellers, a valuation form asking for the society name and expected timeline, and a footer listing her HARERA registration number.

When an NRI buyer in Dubai asks for options, she sends a tracked link. featurd tells her when they opened it, from which country and on what device, so her follow-up WhatsApp lands while they're still looking.

Sellers and buyers need different pages

A seller wants to know you'll get the best price quickly; a buyer wants to know you'll find the right home and negotiate. On Pro, you can run up to five pages, so some agents keep one for sellers, with valuation and recent sales first, and one for buyers, with listings and a viewing booking first. On the free plan, use sub-pages or put the seller section first, since listings are what win you the next mandate.

Questions

Do real estate agents need a personal website if they're on the brokerage site?

The brokerage page lists you; your own page sells you. It's what you put on your signboards, cards and WhatsApp status, and it stays with you if you move firms.

Should I show my RERA or licence number?

In India, agents dealing in RERA-registered projects must be registered, and many states expect the number on advertising. In the US, state license law often requires your brokerage name. Check your regulator's rules and put the required details in your footer.

Can I show listings on featurd?

Yes, as a gallery or cards with photos, price and a link to the full listing. featurd isn't an MLS or portal feed, so you update them yourself or ask Ivo to.
